The Pneumatic Drive Rivet Tool is especially suited for hard to reach or delicate assemblies encountered on all kinds of mechanical and electrical components, appliances, P.C. board assemblies, relays, switches, controls, etc.
The durable, lightweight alloy insert tool weighs only 22 ounces. It features an easy-grip, non-slip, straight case for single hand, fatigue free operation, and is equipped with a suspension bail for overhead connections on bench type precision assemblies. The insert tool can be safely used in all positions.
In operation the rivet is loaded in the tool and inserted in the prepared hole. Slight pressure activates the pneumatic switch and the rivet is driven into the assembly effortlessly.
Rivets need not be predriven.
Tool is designed to use standard shop air. Operating pressure range is 50 to 70 PSI with instant cycling time. One tool will drive all standard rivet sizes. Three interchangeable driver attachments are included. Mandrel sizes are .075, .125, and .150.
