Wing nuts, cap nuts and hex nuts are available with locking threads and standard threads.

Hex Nuts, thumb nuts, cap nuts, wing nuts, lock nuts, dress nuts and panel nuts are available in a wide range of materials (many of which are in stock), such as:

  • Self-threading nylon lock nuts are designed for use with steel screws
  • Nylon locking deco wing nuts, featuring a molded-in locking thread are used in applications requiring vibration resistance, higher torque, and/or a more secure assembly (no possibility of loosening)
  • Nylon hex nuts measure to IFI specifications
  • Nylon hex flange nuts eliminate the use of a washer, depending on the application; nylon hex flange nuts are used where additional contact area is needed
